SheBoss Studio Policies
Cancellation Policy
12-Hour Cancellation Policy:

Clients must cancel scheduled classes at least 12 hours in advance to avoid penalties.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of class credit (as per studio policy).
Waitlist & Cancellation Impact:
-
If a class is full and a client cancels late, it prevents another client from taking that spot.

Clients on the waitlist will automatically be added to class if a spot opens.
Private & Semi-Private Sessions:

Private and semi-private sessions require at least 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid full charge.

Late cancellations may be charged the full session fee, as instructors allocate dedicated time for these bookings.

Studio Policies & Etiquette
No Shoes in the Studio:

Shoes must be removed before entering the studio space.

Pilates should be done barefoot or with grip socks for safety, stability, and hygiene.
No Cell Phones During Class:

To create a focused and distraction-free environment, phones must be on silent or stored away during class.

If expecting an emergency call, please notify the instructor before class begins.
Respect for Others:

Maintain a respectful and positive atmosphere for all clients and staff.

Avoid excessive noise or disruptive behavior to ensure a calm and focused class experience.
Personal Belongings:

Store all personal items in designated areas to keep the space clutter-free.

The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Arrival & Late Policy:

Clients should arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled class.

Late arrivals may not be permitted to avoid class disruptions and ensure a proper warm-up.
Hygiene & Cleanliness:

Clients should practice proper hygiene before attending classes.

Cleaning wipes and sprays are provided, please wipe down all equipment after use.
Injury or Health Conditions:

Clients must inform the instructor of any injuries, pregnancy, or medical conditions before class.

Modifications will be offered, when possible, but clients must listen to their bodies and work within their limits.
Refund Policy:

Refunds may be granted under exceptional circumstances at the studio’s discretion.

Requests must be made within a specified time frame, as outlined in the studio’s policy.

Class packages and memberships are non-transferable and may have expiration dates.
Studio Etiquette:
