STUDIO POLICIES & FAQ 

Cancellations & Booking Policy

Group classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid losing the class credit. Late cancellations and missed classes will be deducted from your package or membership.

Private and semi-private sessions require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full, as this time is reserved specifically for you.

Minimum Enrollment & Class Changes

 

All group classes require a minimum number of participants to run. If this minimum is not met, SheBoss Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the class.

 

In such cases, your class credit will be returned to your account.

 

Classes may also be adjusted due to instructor availability or operational needs. While we aim for consistency, schedules, instructors, and class formats are subject to change.

 

Memberships

 

All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment.

During this initial period:

  • Memberships cannot be paused, canceled, or modified

  • Unused classes do not roll over

 

After the 3-month commitment:

  • Memberships may be paused, changed, or canceled with 7 days’ notice

  • Pauses are limited to 2 weeks per quarter

  • Pauses cannot be applied retroactively

 

Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

 

Class Packs & Expirations

All class packages and promotional offers have strict expiration dates.

  • Extensions are not guaranteed

  • All purchases are final sale

  • Offers cannot be combined unless stated

Introductory offers are limited to one per client.

 

Arrival & Late Policy

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class.

Late arrivals may not be permitted to join for safety reasons. If you miss a class due to late arrival, the session will be deducted.

 

 

Studio Etiquette

To maintain a clean and respectful environment:

  • No shoes in studio areas

  • Grip socks are recommended

  • Phones must be silenced and stored away

If you are expecting an urgent call, please inform your instructor before class.

 

Health & Safety

Clients must inform instructors of any injuries, pregnancy, or medical conditions prior to class.While modifications may be offered, you are responsible for listening to your body and working within your limits.

 

Refund Policy

All purchases are final sale.

Refunds are granted only under exceptional circumstances and are at the sole discretion of SheBoss Studio.

 

Personal Belongings

 

Please store personal items in designated areas.SheBoss Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
