SheBoss Studio and its instructors reserve the right to modify or restrict participation where safety may be a concern. Clients participate in all classes and sessions at their own risk.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: What should I wear and bring to class?
Comfortable, form-fitting workout attire is recommended so your instructor can see your alignment and provide proper cueing. Please bring a water bottle and wear or bring grip socks for reformer and equipment classes. All mats and props are provided by the studio.
Q: Is there parking nearby?
Yes. Free street parking is available on the side streets surrounding 3366 Yonge Street. The studio is also easily accessible by TTC -- we are a short walk from Lawrence subway station on the Yonge line.
Q: Can I try SheBoss Studio before I commit?
Yes! We offer a 2 Weeks Unlimited All Access Intro offer for $99, available to new clients only. This is a one-time offer and does not auto-renew. It gives you full access to all group classes across all three studios so you can experience everything SheBoss has to offer before choosing a membership.
Q: What is the SheBoss Club?
The SheBoss Club is our unlimited all-access membership, designed for clients who want to fully commit to their practice. It gives you unlimited classes across all formats -- Reformer, Mat, HIIT, and specialty sessions -- with no per-class limits. It is our most premium membership tier and is billed monthly.
Q: What happens if I late cancel?
Group classes require a minimum of 12 hours notice to cancel. If you cancel within the 12-hour window or do not show up:

Class pack, drop-in, and introductory offer clients will forfeit that session credit
-
Unlimited membership holders will be charged a $15 late cancellation fee
-
No-shows on unlimited memberships are charged $20
-
Private or semi-private no-shows are charged $25
Private and semi-private sessions require 24 hours notice. Repeated late cancellations may result in suspension of booking privileges.
Q: How do I cancel or pause my membership?
To cancel your membership, written notice must be submitted by email to info@sheboss.studio at least 30 days before your next billing date. Cancellations are not accepted through instructors, phone, social media, or the booking platform. Your membership remains active during the 30-day notice period.
To pause your membership, submit your request by email to info@sheboss.studio at least 7 days before your requested pause start date. Eligible memberships may be paused for up to 6 weeks per calendar year after the first 30 days of active membership. Pauses cannot be applied retroactively.
