TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of SheBoss Studio services, including class bookings, memberships, and purchases. By attending classes, purchasing services, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Memberships & Payments

 

All memberships are billed on a recurring basis and require a minimum three-month commitment. During the initial commitment period, memberships cannot be paused, canceled, or modified, and unused sessions do not carry over.

 

After the initial three-month period, memberships may be changed, canceled, or temporarily paused with proper notice. Pause requests must be submitted at least seven days in advance and are limited to a maximum of two weeks per quarter. Pauses cannot be applied retroactively, and the membership end date will be extended accordingly.

 

All membership payments are final sale, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

Class Packages & Expirations

 

All class packages and promotional offers have fixed expiration dates. Sessions must be used within the specified validity period, and unused classes will expire.

 

Extensions are not guaranteed and are granted solely at the studio’s discretion. All packages and promotional offers are final sale, non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Cancellation Policy

 

Group classes must be canceled at least twelve hours in advance to avoid losing the class credit. Late cancellations or missed classes will result in the forfeiture of the session.

 

Private and semi-private sessions require a minimum of twenty-four hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.

Minimum Enrollment & Studio Rights

 

Group classes require a minimum number of participants to run. If minimum enrollment is not met, the studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the class.

 

The studio may also cancel or modify classes up to three hours before the scheduled start time due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen operational circumstances. In such cases, clients will not lose their class credit.

 

Class schedules, instructors, and formats are subject to change at any time without guarantee.

Arrival & Late Policy

 

Clients are required to arrive at least ten minutes before the start of class. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join in order to ensure safety and minimize disruption. Missed classes due to late arrival will result in the loss of the session.

Studio Etiquette & Safety

 

Clients are expected to follow all studio guidelines to maintain a safe and respectful environment. Shoes are not permitted in the studio, and grip socks are recommended for hygiene and safety.

 

Mobile phones must be silenced and stored away during class. If you are expecting an urgent call, please notify your instructor in advance.

Clients are responsible for informing instructors of any injuries, pregnancy, or medical conditions prior to participating. Participation is at your own risk.

Refund Policy

 

All purchases, including memberships, class packages, and promotional offers, are final sale. Refunds are only issued under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the studio.

Personal Belongings

 

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. The studio is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

 

​

Liability Waiver

 

Participation in Pilates and fitness activities involves inherent risks. By attending classes, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your health and well-being and release SheBoss Studio from any liability, except where required by law.

Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable Canadian laws. Any disputes shall be resolved within Ontario jurisdiction.

 

​

Updates to Terms

 

SheBoss Studio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
